there was a book that came out in 2010 called "american grace" by robert putnam and david campbell. it was an extensive study of the lives of religious americans. what they found is that religious americans are much more civically engaged that the nonreligious. they participate in volunteer efforts more, they give more to charity, but the reason why they are more civically engaged is because they have this kind of community structure. so we believe that nonreligious people can benefit from this same kind of structure and sure enough, there are nonreligious organizations who have been helping out in newtown, who have been raising money, who have been supporting the families and i think that the time has come now that one in five americans identifies as religiously unaffiliated and one in three under the age of 30, the time has come for nonreligious communities to be providing those same kinds of things. >> serene, i think the important point of what jonathan just said, the demographics. younger people are starting to move away. do you see just as a broader look, when you have these t
